The Process

How Switching Works

01

Reach out to TMS Plan & Support Management. Contact our team by phone or through our online form. We'll ask a few quick questions about your current plan and plan manager.

02

We handle the handover. With your consent, we will contact your current plan manager and the NDIA to arrange the transfer of your plan management details. You don't need to manage this process yourself.

03

Your new claims run through us. Once the switch is confirmed, your providers start sending invoices to TMS Plan & Support Management, and we take over from there.

04

You're kept in the loop. We'll let you know once everything is set up and confirm there's no gap in your invoice payments during the transition.

Good to Know

Will Switching Affect My Funding?

No. Switching plan managers doesn't change your total NDIS funding or the categories it sits in. It only changes who manages the administration of that funding on your behalf.
